Man arrested for fake bomb threat | Crime
MCDONOUGH, Ga. -- A man accused of threatening to blow up a Henry County bank will face federal charges.
Henry County Police Sgt. Joey Smith said 52-year-old Thomas Bradley of McDonough tried to rob the BB&T on Jonesboro Road on Nov. 21.
According to Smith, Bradley pulled up to the bank's drive-thru and handed the teller a note saying that a bomb would go off in the bank if he did not receive money.
Bradley was eventually identified as a suspect through his car, a light blue Nissan Versa.
Smith said Bradley did not receive any money during the attempted robbery.
