STOCKBRIDGE, Ga. -- Another "office creeper" is stealing wallets from women's purses in Henry County.

This time it's a woman and she's targeting medical offices, according to Henry County Police.

Police said the thief knows her way around. She walks into medical offices as if she belongs there and finds purses sitting on desks.

"She may have worked at one of these agencies or is doing some kind of nursing or care," Sgt. Joey Smith said. "She's familiar with going into these offices and knowing where to look."

Police were able to tie three separate thefts to the woman who they are trying to identify because she captured on surveillance video at two local businesses using a victim's credit cards.

"She immediately goes and makes a transaction before the cards can be deactivated," Sgt. Smith said.
