A Mysterious Outdoor Adventure Returns to Georgia

McDonough, GA--

With 7 acres of planted corn and some talented Holstein dairy cows on at Southern Belle Farm, the Carter family is bringing back the corn maze to Georgia.  The popular McDonough labyrinth, that drew thousands of visitors last Fall, will once again get curious maze-goers lost when it opens to the public on September 18th.  Visitors will be amazed at the one-of-a-kind design the cows have ‘chomped’ down and made in the cornfield.

The dairy cows at Southern Belle Farm must have been secret fans of the Atlanta Braves because this year’s cornfield maze design features the image of retiring Braves Manager Bobby Cox.  The 2010 season marks Cox’s 29th as a Major League manager and his 25th at the helm of the Braves.
